Client Responsibilities By joining Cerrado, you agree to: • Attend your onboarding, weekly calls, and check-ins. • Implement the training and strategies given. • Follow up with every lead using the process we train you on. Disrespect will not be tolerated. Name-calling, threats, hostile language, or any form of unprofessional behaviour will result in immediate termination of your campaign without refund.

⸻ 3. Call Recordings All calls (strategy, onboarding, training, and support) may be recorded for internal quality, documentation, and training purposes. By using our services, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will never be shared outside Cerrado Strategies unless legally required.

⸻ 4. Payment Terms All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits and payment plans. If you’re using Affirm or a split-pay system, you are contractually obligated to fulfill the payment schedule in full. Failure to do so may result in termination of your service. We do not pause campaigns or refund for inactivity or lack of effort.

⸻ 7. Intellectual Property All materials we provide — ads, copy, designs, email scripts, sales frameworks, and internal systems — are confidential and proprietary. You may not copy, share, or resell them without written permission. Violation of this will result in legal action and immediate account termination.

⸻ 8. Term & Termination The agreement is active for the entire duration of your package (minimum 14–16 weeks unless stated otherwise). Cerrado Strategies reserves the right to terminate services without refund for: • Unprofessional conduct • Breach of contract • Non-payment • Misuse or theft of intellectual property
